| General maintenance of computer, laptops and printer equipment and for the resolution of identified technical problems. Understands the issues involved and maintaining corporate infrastructure, including network connectivity, Internet access, email etc. Should have experience in Web designing. Assists with the creation of new telephone extensions with appropriate update information. Coordinate with Vendor for repairing the office printers in case of any issues. Essential Duties & responsibilities: Make software available to the users where requested. Responsible for Installation & configuration of operating system, Antivirus, Backup Solution, windows. Set up and maintain user email accounts. Provide troubleshooting resolution and windows updates/upgrading of software/Network Cable Crimping. Should be able to maintain the design of the website. Strong knowledge of iPhone operations and setup. |
