Technical Support Engineer Job Vacancy In Riyadh, UAE

Location : Riyadh

Our client is a company with mobile computing and wireless solutions as their core business activities. They are well established in UAE, Kuwait & Qatar and are now expanding their operations into KSA. 

They are currently looking for a Technical Support Engineer to be based at their office in Riyadh, KSA.

The selected candidate will be responsible for all Pre Sales & Post-Sales Support activities of the company in Riyadh. The job entails supporting the sales person during pre-sales meetings and conducting pre-sales demos. The candidate will also be responsible for after sales customer support in terms of hardware and software installation, troubleshooting issues, providing customer training and onsite support.

Requirements:

- Computer / IT Engineer.

- Experience: At least 2-3 years of working in an IT customer support job.

- Knowledge of IT hardware systems and devices.

- Knowledge of IT Software.

- Strong communication skills.

- Arabic knowledge is an advantage.

- Transferable Iqama / Visa.
