* Must have minimum 5 years on the job proven &  successful experience in procuring Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) and Electrical / IT / Telecom Installations in the Construction Industry.
* Read and understand Project Specifications (Materials & Subs), Drgs, BOQ and Contractual matters.
* Organized & Systematic / Attention to details / Communication skills / Clever, Motivated.
